In-Store Shopping Policies:


Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Cash.  

Exchange Policy:
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. All returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Debt through PayPal, Paypal Gift Cards, Paypal Credit. 


Shipping:
-Items are most often shipped using USPS First Class Padded Envelope for free shipping, USPS priority mail flat rate if postage when postage is paid. Larger packages will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS standard mail with tracking, whichever is cheaper. 

-We use first class or priority mail flat-rate boxes/envelopes as often as possible and most often charge you up-front for shipping. However, due to the unusual nature (shape/size/fragility) of some of our items we are sometimes unable to estimate shipping immediately. In these cases, we have you pay for the item up front and then pay for the shipping after the piece has been packaged and postage has been calculated. The amount a customer pays in shipping is never more than $5 over our actual shipping costs (which can include the cost of special packaging materials).

-Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt, unless backordered or out of stock. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Rush delivery may be possible for an additional cost and must be discussed with us prior to purchase.


Returns:
Our intention is to always fully disclose any special details in an items description but we encourage customers to ask questions before any purchase, We are happy to provide additional pictures and descriptions when requested. However, if upon receipt you are unhappy with any part of your purchase, returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is NOT in the SAME CONDITION as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the part is not in resale condition up to a 30% restocking fee may apply. All Scratch & Dent Sales are Final Sale (No Returns)
